This weekend will go down in history. You know it is going to be a fun weekend once cam and ryan get their freestyle on about getting older, and colder with paper in a folder. but then, when you think it couldn't get any better, you turn 17 and you become legally acceptable in the world of wizardry. can life get any better??

Thank you so much to everyone, for all the texts, singing, presents and facebook shout-outs. This day couldn't have been more special. Here are a few examples of the fun things that I recieved.

love, jessie leigh marquis. [and of course jess comes up with the most creatively cute gift. a trip to hogsmeade. muggles can give you all that other stuff. but only real wizard friends can know just how nice some homemade pumpkin pasties can taste on your birthday.]

(oh. and side note for jess. now that we have the camera we need to take our wizarding pictures and get our MLIA site up. stat. : )

Though, I really am quite excited to be starting softball season! besides the small detail that it snowed up to my britches today. no worries it is going to be melted by our first game.... THIS TUESDAY. we are in deep. literally.

whirlwind of a week.

Who knew that moving could be such a pain?! but I am super excited for the new scene. and even better, today I have graduated from the ground and bought a mattress. whoo.

The worst part is finding the perfect bedding and such. Here are some pictures.. for your browsing interests.

This here is the room. of course now, it looks like a junk bus has dropped off its belongings.... but it is definitely a step up from that claustrophobic place I used to call my room. :)

First, I just have to show you this. I am not on my computer at home so I wasn't positive on how to make a collage. but my grandma totally looks like Judi Dench. Side profiles are hard to tell. but while she was showing me this I had three family members stop and ask if that was a headshot of grandma.. insane.

Today, I pulled out my AP biology book and this fluttered to the ground, apparently it was hidden in the pages..

Is my bio book really trying to tell me to stash the homework? I sure hope so. cause that is what I did.

haha yeah... right. We took quizzes at school, then had to pay a dollar for our matchmaker results. I guess Mckay Hartzell is my soul mate. because I have a feeling the other column won't work out so well. Ironic, eh?

Jubilant: expressing joy.

It has been a whirlwind of a week. Though it has been physically straining, and I have gotten the least amount of sleep that I have gotten all year, There is alot to be happy about. I am going to express my joy, for I am in a jubilant mood.
